Seminar on Pranayam
(According to the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga)
The Seminar is conducted for 3 hours for 4 days (Total 12 Hours).

- Diaphragmatic breathing
- Correct sitting postures
- Pranayam based on lengthening the breath
- Selected classical Pranayam (First set)
- Theory on Pranayam and about the Tradition.
- Relaxation & Yoga Nidra
- Short Meditation
